How are you doing out there?
I know it’s been a rough year for a lot of us, but while some people simply get bowled over by the trauma, chaos and failure others simply seem to get stronger.
So how do we develop ourselves into the type of people that benefit from chaos?
Well, today we’re here with my friend Thane Marcus Ringler, a former professional golfer. Thane is now a speaker, development coach, host and creator of The Up & Comers show, an author of “From Here to There: A Quarter-Life Perspective On The Path To Mastery.”
On today’s show we’re chatting about:
- How to get through school with your creativity intact (easier said than done)
- The importance of hugs and real life interactions
- How writing makes you a better thinker (and the danger of outsourcing our thinking to tweets, posts and likes)
- Recognizing and embracing the rhythms of life
- How to develop ourselves into the type of people that benefit from chaos
- A simple question to help identify your passion and life purpose
- And tons more…
Let’s go hang out with Thane.

Before You Go…
Here’s a note that came in from Arthur in the Tribe. He says…
“This week my cousin invited me to be a guest chef for one of her high school culinary classes. The theme was “food from different regions around the U.S.”, so I chose Tex-Mex and showed them how to make the Wild Chicken Enchiladas. In the class I went through every ingredient, explained how and why each ingredient was chosen, and discussed processed foods versus real foods. They were super engaged and asked lots of questions. It was great! Super exciting and fun. It’s amazing how much I’ve learned about food observing the Wild Diet. :). Thanks Alyson Rose for the recipe! And thank you Abel James Bascom for sharing all of your knowledge.
On a different note, over Christmas break my in-laws stayed with us and my wife and I showed them how to eat wild. They couldn’t believe how much weight I lost since they saw me in August. My father-in-law has Type 2 Diabetes, and his blood sugar remained extremely consistent the entire time he was at our house. He said that has never happened before for so many days in a row (about a week). I think I convinced them to go wild. They are back home now, but my mother-in-law constantly texts my wife asking about ingredients and if she can eat it or not. Super cool. :)”
Arthur, thank you so much for sharing this! This warms my heart, and it’s the reason we do what we do.
I’m thrilled that the high school students are into it and even your family. Everyone can benefit from eating the Wild way, so thanks for sharing it with them.

Now, we’ve upgraded the formula without increasing the price to 5000 IU per serving, so you get a whopping amount of vitamin D, as well as the cofactors with vitamin A, E, K1 and K2.
So be sure to check out Vitamin D Stack and make sure that you’re topped up on vitamin D.
Makes it nice and easy by having Vitamin D Stack around. I know it’s easier said than done, catching the rays this time of year.
It’s been in the single digits and below zero here in Colorado, so as much as I want to be outside catching rays every day, at 8,000 feet it’s not always feasible.
Check it all out at WildSuperfoods.com (right now, only available in the U.S.)
