Here’s a note that came in from Arthur in the Tribe. He says…
“This week my cousin invited me to be a guest chef for one of her high school culinary classes. The theme was “food from different regions around the U.S.”, so I chose Tex-Mex and showed them how to make the Wild Chicken Enchiladas. In the class I went through every ingredient, explained how and why each ingredient was chosen, and discussed processed foods versus real foods. They were super engaged and asked lots of questions. On a different note, over Christmas break my in-laws stayed with us and my wife and I showed them how to eat wild. They couldn’t believe how much weight I lost since they saw me in August. My father-in-law has Type 2 Diabetes, and his blood sugar remained extremely consistent the entire time he was at our house. He said that has never happened before for so many days in a row (about a week). I think I convinced them to go wild. They are back home now, but my mother-in-law constantly texts my wife asking about ingredients and if she can eat it or not. Super cool. :)”
